Terms of use

These terms apply to the Stock Market Mastery website and the course sold on it, which is offered by Stock Market Mastery ("we", "us"). By buying the course you agree to them.

The course

The course is a set of pre-recorded video lessons and notes delivered as a digital download. After your payment is confirmed, we email a private download link to the address you entered. The link works for 7 days and up to 5 downloads. If it expires before you have downloaded the course, contact us and we will send a new one.

Your licence

When you buy the course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it. You may not share the download link or the files, resell them, upload them anywhere, or show them to a paying audience. If we find a copy being shared, we may cancel that buyer's licence without a refund.

Education only, not advice

Everything in the course is for education. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Trading and investing carry risk, including the loss of all your capital. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and results. Examples of past trades are for teaching and do not suggest future results.

Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for any trading losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to purchases made after it is published. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction.
